In this kitchen, we removed the dropped ceiling that for some reason back in the day was stylish. Then we moved a bathroom door out of the kitchen, installed engineering flooring, continued to put in ikea cupboards on all 3 walls, quartz countertops, ceramic backsplash,pot lights, under counter lighting and some nice custom shelving.

In this bathroom we took a small outdated 2 piece bathroom, updated, enlarged and added a nice corner shower.

After 15 years a nail that was shot through a pex water feed line finally rusted through and started to leak. Well might as well do a bathroom update and fix the all of the issues now. We removed the drop in tub, replaced it with a nice freestanding tub. Removed the curbed shower and changed it to a curbless shower with custom glass. We decided to paint the vanity since it was still in good shape. Added a needed exhaust fan. and added heated marble floor done in a herring bone pattern.

With this kitchen, we moved it across the room to a more useable space. Now with 2 full walls without windows we could increase the cupboard space considerably. With new ikea cupboards, engineered hardwood, ceramic backsplash, Quartzite and butcherblock counter tops this kitchen does not disappoint!!
